Applications are invited for the post of Chairman / Hony. Chairman, Digital Board of School Education (DBSE) under Bengal Human Development Commission (BHDC)

The post is to be filled up by two options — Chairman / Hony. Chairman for a period of 12 years. As Bengal Human Development Commission (BHDC) wants all round development throughout our Pride Country India starting from Pride Bengal, therefore BHDC created DBSE after the formation of BHDC on 26/12/2025.

• Chairman is eligible to take Honorarium and TA.
• Hony. Chairman will not receive any Honorarium.
• Candidates may apply as Chairman or Hony. Chairman as per preference.
• Honorarium will be Rs.50,000.00 per month.
• In-service individuals currently employed within the government sector may apply as Hony. Chairman for 12 years.
• DBSE Chairman / Hony. Chairman may choose any 4 hour shift.
• Afternoon shift: 1pm to 5pm.
• Evening shift: 6pm to 10pm.
• DBSE will operate throughout INDIA under fully digital mode.
• Administrative and development work may be operated online from any state of India.
• Officials from Central or State Governments, Universities, Educational Institutions, Autonomous Bodies, recognised research institutions or public sector undertakings may apply.
• Maximum age limit shall not exceed 85 years as on 31/01/2006.

Essential Qualifications:

• Minimum Post Graduate degree.
• Minimum 12 years experience in education, educational administration, policy planning, academic work, implementation or research related to school education.

The post is to be filled up by two options — (i) Vice Chairman (Administration) and (ii) Vice Chairman (Development) for a period of 6 years. BHDC established DBSE immediately after the formation of BHDC on 26/12/2025.

• Vice Chairman may join as Hony. Vice Chairman as per preference.
• Vice Chairman is eligible to take Honorarium and TA.
• Hony. Vice Chairman will not receive any Honorarium.
• Honorarium will be Rs.40,000.00 per month.
• In-service government sector individuals may apply as Hony. Vice Chairman for 6 years.
• Any 4 hour shift may be selected.
• Afternoon shift: 1pm to 5pm.
• Evening shift: 6pm to 10pm.
• DBSE will operate throughout INDIA under fully digital mode.

Eligibility — The post of Secretary, DBSE and Controller of Examination, DBSE under BHDC is to be filled up for a period of 6 years. BHDC formed DBSE immediately after the formation of BHDC on 26/12/2025.

• Secretary and Controller may join as Hony. positions as per preference.
• Eligible to take Honorarium and TA.
• Hony. positions will not receive any Honorarium.
• Honorarium for Secretary: Rs.30,000.00 per month.
• Honorarium for Controller of Examinations: Rs.28,000.00 per month.
• In-service government sector individuals may apply as Hony. positions for 6 years.
• Any 4 hour shift may be selected.
• Afternoon shift: 1pm to 5pm.
• Evening shift: 6pm to 10pm.
• DBSE will operate throughout INDIA under fully digital mode.
• Work from home and work from office both options applicable.
• Only AGM meetings and BHDC Foundation Day require attendance.

Essential Qualifications:
